Customer: Excuse me, I'm looking for a flat.

Agent: What sort of place would you like?

駅（えき）から近（ちか）くて、家賃（やちん）が安（やす）いところがいいです。

Customer: Somewhere near the station with cheap rent.

そうですね。駅（えき）から歩（ある）いて近（ちか）いところに一（ひと）つあります。ただ、少（すこ）し古（ふる）いです。

Agent: Let's see. There's one within walking distance of the station. It is a little old, though.

古（ふる）くても大丈夫（だいじょうぶ）です。中（なか）を見（み）られますか。

Customer: Old is fine. Can I see inside?

はい、今日（きょう）の午後（ごご）なら案内（あんない）できます。

Agent: Yes, I can show you round this afternoon if you like.

じゃあ、お願（ねが）いします。何時（なんじ）がいいですか。

Customer: Then please. What time suits?

三（さん）時（じ）はいかがでしょうか。

Agent: How would three o'clock be?

はい、三（さん）時（じ）に伺（うかが）います。

Customer: Yes, I'll come at three.
