Doctor: What seems to be the problem?

昨日（きのう）から頭（あたま）が痛（いた）いです。熱（ねつ）もあります。

Patient: I've had a headache since yesterday. I have a fever too.

そうですか。今（いま）、熱（ねつ）は何度（なんど）ですか。

Doctor: I see. What is your temperature now?

三（さん）十八（じゅうはち）度（たび）です。

Patient: 38 degrees.

風邪（かぜ）ですね。この薬（くすり）を一日（いちにち）三回（さんかい）、食事（しょくじ）の後（あと）で飲（の）んでください。今日（きょう）はお風呂に入（ふろにはい）らないでください。

Doctor: It's a cold. Take this medicine three times a day, after meals. Please don't take a bath today.
