ごめん、土曜（どよう）のシフト、代（か）わってもらえないかな。

A: Sorry, could you take my Saturday shift?

土曜（どよう）って、朝（あさ）から？

B: Saturday — from the morning?

うん、九時（くじ）から三（さん）時（じ）まで。急（きゅう）に親（おや）が来（く）ることになっちゃって。

A: Yes, nine to three. My parents have suddenly decided to come.

うーん、その日（ひ）はお昼（ひる）から予定（よてい）があるんだよね。でも、店長（てんちょう）に言（い）えば、たぶん誰（だれ）か見（み）つかると思（おも）うよ。早（はや）めに相談（そうだん）したほうがいいんじゃない。

B: Hmm, I've got plans from lunchtime that day. But if you tell the manager, I think someone will probably turn up. You'd be better off asking soon.

そうだね。明日（あした）の朝（あさ）、店長（てんちょう）に話（はな）してみる。

A: You're right. I'll speak to the manager tomorrow morning.
