A: You've been coming in early lately. Are you up to something?
B: Actually, I'm going for a bookkeeping qualification, so I study for an hour before work starts.
A: That's impressive. You'd think you'd have more time in the evening, though.
B: In the evening I'm tired and nothing sticks. I tried it over and over, but I could never keep it up.
A: Is the morning different?
B: Completely. In the same hour I get through roughly twice as much. And because the working day starts at a fixed time, I don't drift.
A: I see. Maybe I should start something too.
B: I'd recommend it. But going straight to every day doesn't last, so I'd start with three times a week.
