在宅勤務を取り入れる企業が、この数年で一気に増えた。通勤時間がなくなった分、家族と過ごす時間が増えたという声がある一方で、仕事と生活の境目があいまいになり、かえって休めなくなったという人も少なくない。制度そのものより、それをどう使うかが問われているといえるだろう。
