彼（かれ）が私（わたし）の意見（いけん）に同意（どうい）しようとしまいと私（わたし）はその仕事（しごと）をするつもりだ。

Whether he agrees to my opinion or not, I will do the work.

彼（かれ）が参加（さんか）しようとしまいと、私（わたし）たちは計画（けいかく）を変（か）えるつもりはない。

Whether he agrees or not, we won't change our plans.

君（きみ）が賛成（さんせい）しようとしまいと変（か）わりはない。

It makes no difference whether you agree or not.
