眠りに落ちる

彼（かれ）は深（ふか）い眠りに落（ねむりにお）ちた。

He fell into a deep sleep.

床（とこ）につくとすぐに彼（かれ）は眠（ねむ）りにおちた。

On going to bed, he fell asleep.

再（ふたた）び眠りに落（ねむりにお）ちていくと、同（おな）じ夢（ゆめ）を全部（ぜんぶ）で３回（かい）見（み）た。

Drifting off to sleep again, the same dream returned, three times in all.

その後（あと）すぐ、私（わたし）は眠りに落（ねむりにお）ち始（はじ）めた。

Soon after that, I began to fall asleep.
