彼（かれ）の友人（ゆうじん）には医者（いしゃ）が二人（ふたり）いる。一人（ひとり）は外科医（げかい）で、もう一人（ひとり）は眼科医（がんかい）だ。

There are two doctors in his circle of friends, a surgeon and an ophthalmologist.
