メンタル

明日（あした）から強化合宿（きょうかがっしゅく）に入（はい）るんですが、強化（きょうか）するのは体力（たいりょく）面（つら）ではなく、メンタルの部分（ぶぶん）です。

I'm going to a training camp tomorrow. However it's not the physical side that I'll be training, but the mental.

空腹（くうふく）はメンタル的（まと）に良（よ）くない。

An empty stomach doesn't help on the mental front.
