欧州（おうしゅう）を参考（さんこう）にしつつ、超高齢化社会（ちょうこうれいかしゃかい）への政策（せいさく）対応（たいおう）、「経済大国（けいざいたいこく）」から「生活（せいかつ）大国（たいこく）」への転換（てんかん）を２１世紀（にじゅういっせいき）に向（む）けて日本（にほん）はしていかねばならない。
