I'm so sorry about what I did. I wish I could just crawl into a hole and die.

いやぁ、昨日（きのう）は入れ食（いれぐ）いでねえ。

They were biting like crazy yesterday.

いやあ、家族（かぞく）は留守（るす）だし、あんまりたいしたことは出来（でき）ないのさ。

"Can I have it?" "Sorry, I drank it at the hotel!" "Thought so."

「ひょっとして、今（いま）まで気（き）づいてなかったのですか」「いや、まぁ・・・。想像（そうぞう）の埒外（らちがい）だったもんで・・・」

"Did you possibly not notice until just now?" "Er, well ... it was just so beyond my imagination that ..."
