成（せい）田（た）エクスプレスは約（やく）９０分（ふん）で東京（とうきょう）駅（えき）に到着（とうちゃく）します。

The Narita Express will take you directly to Tokyo Station in approximately 90 minutes.

しかし、面倒（めんどう）な乗り換（のりか）えをしなくてすむＪＲの成（せい）田（た）エクスプレス（空港（くうこう）から３０分（さんじゅっぷん）から６０分（わ）おきに出発（しゅっぱつ）します）をお使（つか）いになることをおすすめします。

However, I recommend that you take the JR Narita Express (a train leaves every 30-60 minutes from the airport), to avoid the complexity of changing trains.
