聖霊（せいれい）が現（あらわ）れた。

Spirit manifested itself.

聖霊（せいれい）がある方（かた）の上（うえ）に下（くだ）って、その上（うえ）にとどまられるのが見（み）えたなら、その方（かた）こそ聖霊（せいれい）によってバプテスマを授（さず）ける方（かた）である。

The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is he who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.
