彼（かれ）は私（わたし）の妻（つま）になれなれしすぎだ。

He is getting far too familiar with my wife.

年上（としうえ）の人（ひと）にあまり馴れ馴（なれな）れしくしてはいけない。

You must not take liberties with older people.

一方（いっぽう）で彼（かれ）は誰（だれ）にでも親切（しんせつ）なのだが、他方（たほう）でなれなれしすぎることは決（けっ）してない。

On the one hand he is kind to everyone, but on the other hand he never behaves with too much familiarity.
