企業（きぎょう）社会（しゃかい）が彼女（かのじょ）らの活躍（かつやく）の場（ば）をどう用意（ようい）できるか、も大（おお）きな課題（かだい）だが、一方（いっぽう）でこれからの日本社会（にほんしゃかい）が必要（ひつよう）とする創造性（そうぞうせい）豊（ゆた）かな人材（じんざい）を、教育産業（きょういくさんぎょう）がどう育成（いくせい）し、提供（ていきょう）していけるかも重要（じゅうよう）だ。
