初診（しょしん）の受付（うけつけ）は一番（いちばん）窓口（まどぐち）です。

Registration for the first visit is at Counter No.1.

受付（うけつけ）で聞（き）いてご覧（らん）なさい。

次（つぎ）の予約（よやく）の日（ひ）を受付（うけつけ）で決（き）めてください。
