４．煮え立（にえた）たせる寸前（すんぜん）で弱火（よわび）にして、もう一度（いちど）灰汁（あく）を取り除（とりのぞ）きます。

4. Just before bringing it to the boil, set to a low flame and remove the scum again.

でーきた！あとはみんなが来（く）るまで、沸騰（ふっとう）しないように弱火（よわび）にしてっと。

Done! Now I just have to set it to simmer so it doesn't boil before everybody comes.
