ノブを回（まわ）して、ドアをあけなさい。

Turn the knob and open the door.

シート横（よこ）にあるノブを前（まえ）に動（うご）かし、シートを倒（たお）します。

Move the knob at the side of the seat forwards, collapse the seat.
