REM睡眠（すいみん）中（なか）の脳波（のうは）は起（お）きている時（とき）と同（おな）じ脳波（のうは）であり、夢（ゆめ）を見（み）るステージです。

The brain waves during REM sleep are the same as when awake, and it's the stage when you have dreams.
