Meaning

Lists reasons or characteristics — "and besides ~, also ~". Often used to justify a conclusion. Each clause ends in し.

Formation

[clause] + し + [clause] + し + (conclusion)

Notes

Both for reasons (寒いし、高いから行きたくない) and simple listing (美味しいし、安いし). One し is also fine (美味しいし、安い).

Examples

このレストランは安（やす）いし、美味（おい）しいです。

This restaurant is cheap, and the food is good too.
