Sentence-final よ / ね
Meaning
よ asserts information the listener may not know ("I tell you / let me assure you"). ね seeks agreement or softens ("isn't it? / isn't that so?").

Notes
They combine as よね ("..., right?") to ask for confirmation of shared info. ね is also a discourse marker for "let me see..." or to keep the listener engaged.
