[verb たら-form] + どうですか · casual: 〜たら？
Notes
Softer than 〜たほうがいい, which implies the alternative is worse. In speech it usually shrinks to 〜たら with rising intonation: 医者に行ったら？ Be aware it can sound pushy to a superior — with a boss, prefer 〜てはいかがでしょうか.
