[plain form] + ばかりか / ばかりでなく · [noun] + ばかりか · [na-adj] な + ばかりか
Notes
The second item is the striking one and normally takes も or さえ. ばかりでなく is neutral; ばかりか adds surprise. Neither belongs in a request — use だけでなく there.

He speaks not only English but French as well.
