Meaning
Gives a reason or cause — "because ~ / since ~". Subjective and conversational. Comes after the reason clause.
Formation
[reason clause] から / [noun / na-adj] だから
Notes
For nouns and na-adjectives, use だから (e.g. 学生だから). For i-adj / verbs, just attach から. The conclusion can come before or after the reason.
Examples
寒(さむ)いですから、家(いえ)にいます。
Because it's cold, I'll stay home.
