Meaning

Formation
[verb ます-stem] + 次第 · [suru-noun] + 次第
Notes
Business register — used for what you will do once something is complete: 到着次第ご連絡します. The second clause must be future and intentional, never past: ×着き次第連絡しました. Note the ます-stem, not the た-form.
Examples

I will contact you as soon as I arrive.
